## Retired

The lab retires projects explicitly rather than letting them rot. Retired projects stay online where they still serve a purpose, but receive no maintenance:

* **Urgent Network** — blockchain logistics R\&D. Sunset in September 2026; announced on the [brand site](https://uzenlabs.com).
* **Spinance** — early finance-dashboard experiment. Discontinued.
* **Echoir** — AI divination platform. Maintenance stopped in 2026; the site remains online at [echoir.xyz](https://echoir.xyz).
* **Valdos** — former trust-audit tool; since transformed into a personal fiction site at [valdos.xyz](https://valdos.xyz), no longer a lab project.

If a project is not in either list, treat it as someone else's.
