# Introduction

UZEN Labs is an independent research and development lab. One researcher, [Jask](https://jask.dev), working with AI agents across a small portfolio of products — each one built end-to-end: research, design, engineering, distribution.

The current focus: SEO tooling for indie builders, Web publishing infrastructure, and Web3 security education.

## How we work

Small bets, real data, no vendor lock-in. Products are built on boring infrastructure (static sites, Cloudflare, open protocols), documented in the open, and either maintained or explicitly retired — the [project index](/platform/project-index) keeps the honest ledger.
